Please read these terms of sale carefully. Any user of this site must first agree to the terms and conditions of this document, before using this site in any manner other than viewing items. By entering this site, the user agrees to follow the terms outlined and realize that by using any portion of the site the user is legally bound by these terms.
These T&C comply with the Laws of Netherlands, so we are not in a position to guarantee that the website conforms to your local legislation. Therefore, you are responsible for the compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to change these T&C. All changes enter into effect on the date indicating their entering into effect. Clients will not be personally informed about changes made to the T&C.
The owner and manager of the online store wildherbs.ch is Fleur and the Wild Herbs.
In these terms of sale, “I”, “my”, “me” and “our” means Fleur; and “you” and “your” means our customer or
potential customer for items.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, all days of the year. When a user selects a product or products and decides on the method of payment by credit card or direct transfer. Clicking on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT icon places an order. The online store automatically creates and sends an email detailing the order (products, prices, quantities, user information). This will confirm the order and the products will be prepared as soon as we confirm the payment.
PAYMENT
In the online store, the provider enables payment by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, IDEAL and via direct transfer.
The user must inform the provider about the preferred payments option. This may be done concurrently with the order confirmation.
Upon confirmed payment, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt on your email, followed by a link to track your order.
We are subject to 21% VAT, which is already included in all the prices.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped directly from island Vis, Croatia.
Orders are normally dispatched between 7-14 business days, because many of the items are non-stock items and are hand made after you order.
Domestic orders (to Croatia) are usually delivered within 7 days of shipping. International orders within Europe should take 5-10 days to arrive but please allow up to 3 weeks for the arrival. Delivery to outside Europe normally takes between 7-14 days but please allow up to 4 weeks.
PACKAGING
All products will be wrapped in one layer of recycled paper and all together inserted into cardboard box filled with paper or other stuffing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products we don’t accept any refunds or returns. Fleur and the Wild Herbs happily answers all your question regarding this subject and we happily find a solution for you.
DAMAGED ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send you a new one free of charge. Just send me a detailed photo of the item to info@wildherbs.ch within 24 hours from the moment you received the item. Time of receipt can be seen on tracking.
Please note: any breakage or wear that happens after you received the item will not be covered by me.
YOUR COMMITMENTS
By visiting our website and placing an order, you guarantee:
- that you have the capacity to act, and that you accept these T&C;
- that you have the legal capacity to contract, and that you have full power of attorney and the ability to accept these T&C;
- that the details provided at the creation of the account and the placement of the order are correct and comprehensive;
- that you will be able to receive the products.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
- I reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any product that originates as a custom created order.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and/or to cancel a sale if believed to be in the best interest of my business.
- Fleur has the right at any time and without notice, to make changes in the published items, prices and on Term & Conditions page.
ARCHIVING CONTRACTS
The contract concluded by the provider and the user is permanently stored at Fleur and the Wild herbs, Gouden Leeuw 516, 1103 KL, Amsterdam.

VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General terms and conditions enter into effect on 1. Januar 2022, and stay in effect until their abrogation, replacement or change.
